If you have listed books on Amazon.com, it is important that you monitor your bookstore. You can do this by logging into your sellers account dashboard and click on the ‘view your current inventory’ link near the top of the page. This will take you a page listing all of the items you have for sale. To the right of this list you will see your current price listed in one column and the lowest price in another. If you wish to be the lowest price, and we typically do, you will want to adjust your price to slightly less then the lowest. When you have finished changing any or all of your prices remember to save your changes. There should be a save changes button at the bottom of the page.

We like to check on our prices at least once a day. When you are dealing with a small inventory this is manageable. If your inventory grows larger then you can easily manage, you may decide to look into an inventory management system that will automatically adjust your prices. We are not going to go into these systems in this tutorial, but for some of you it will quickly become necessary to find one.
